Our Self-Catering Farm Cottages

 

     Terms & Conditions.

 

  • Change over times.

Weekly bookings on all five cottages are from 15.00 Friday to 10.00 the following Friday.

For short breaks please inquire by e-mail or phone.

 

  • Payments.

A 25% deposit is payable at time of booking with the balance due six weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made less than six weeks from the arrival date, then the full amount is payable at time of booking.

Non-payment of the balance by the due date must be treated as a cancellation. A reminder will be sent via e-mail.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

  • Cancellations.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to Hilary Wiseman at Upper Kingston Farm.

Cancellation insurance is not essential but is recommended.

If a booking is cancelled, the following restrictions apply:

0-21 days 100% of total booking fee plus loss of deposit

Over 22 days loss of deposit

 

  • General.

We reserve the right to access the cottages at any reasonable time.

To comply with UK law, there can be no smoking in any of the buildings.

The cottages can only be used by the persons listed on the booking form. There can be no sub-letting of the properties.

The number of persons occupying the cottages must not exceed the maximum number advertised unless by prior written agreement.

Any breakages must be reported & paid for at the end of the stay.

We cannot accept pets.
